The sensitization of transport operators on the legal framework regarding wildlife trafficking in Uganda by the Uganda Professional Drivers’ Network (UPDN) is an important initiative to combat illegal wildlife trade. Such efforts play a crucial role in raising awareness among transport operators about their responsibilities, the existing laws, and the detrimental effects of wildlife trafficking on Uganda’s biodiversity and conservation efforts.
