1. To improve professional skills for 10,000 drivers by the end of 2028
2. To increase advocacy capacity for the network by the end of 2028
3. To increase value for  100 member drivers organisations for improved health and livelihood of their members  by the end of 2028
4. To increase the institutional sustainability of UPDN  by the end of 2028
